H&H Ranch is being developed as a Biodiverse Farm Ecosystem™ — a coordinated system where multiple enterprises operate together, each strengthening the whole. Here is where the model stands today.
Each enterprise stands on its own — but gains strength from being part of the larger system.
01
B&B & Hospitality
In DevelopmentThe B&B at H&H Ranch is being developed as the primary guest-facing hospitality offering — a place for immersive stays that connect visitors directly to the land, the system, and the vision behind the ranch.
Rather than operating as a standalone accommodation, the B&B is designed to sit within the broader ecosystem, with guests experiencing the integration of land, production, and purpose firsthand.
02
The Venue
In DevelopmentThe venue at H&H Ranch is being envisioned as a distinctive gathering destination — designed for events, retreats, workshops, and community experiences that connect people to place and purpose.
Unlike a generic event space, the venue draws meaning from its context within the larger ranch ecosystem. Every gathering takes place within a working, living system — giving events a stronger sense of place and story.
03
The Barn
In DevelopmentThe Barn at H&H Ranch is being converted into a multi-use operational asset — the physical backbone of the ranch’s production and processing capability. It is being designed to support processing, storage, kitchen functions, and flexible operational use across the whole system.
Rather than serving a single function, The Barn is intended to strengthen every other enterprise by expanding what the ranch can do on-site — from product handling and food preparation to logistics and hospitality support.
04
Food & Products
In DevelopmentH&H Ranch is developing a range of physical goods produced as outputs of the integrated system. These are not standalone products — they are part of a larger story tied to place, quality, and the design of the whole ranch model.
Products are intended to include food items, herbal and wellness goods, and other value-added outputs that reflect the identity and values of the ranch. The Barn’s processing and kitchen infrastructure directly supports this enterprise.
05
Education & Workshops
PlannedH&H Ranch is being designed as a place where learning is embedded in the experience of the system itself. Educational programming and workshops will be built around the living model — giving participants hands-on access to how an integrated land-based operation actually works.
This enterprise connects directly to the venue, the B&B, and the research layer, and is expected to support both public programming and specialized partner-facing events over time.
06
Research & Development
In DevelopmentH&H Ranch functions as a real-world testing environment for the Biodiverse Farm Ecosystems™ model. The site itself is the research field — where ideas are explored, measured, refined, and documented through actual use rather than theoretical design.
Research activity generates insights that improve operations, inform the platform, and create a documented record of what works. Over time this creates a feedback loop between vision and practice that is one of the model’s core strengths.
07
Data Driven Agriculture Platform
● Active · v5.2The Data Driven Agriculture Platform is the software backbone of H&H Ranch — a custom-built system being developed in parallel with the physical operation to track, analyze, and optimize everything happening across the ranch.
The platform is operational at v5.2 and runs as a modular architecture — a shell-plus-modules system with a shared Supabase backend for auth and data. Current live modules include animal and asset tracking, team and hours management, and a three-panel auth system. Analytics, relationship mapping, and multi-site management are in active development.
08
Replication & Expansion
PlannedThe long-term goal of H&H Ranch is not only to operate one successful integrated site — it is to develop a model that can inform, support, and scale to other locations. H&H Ranch is the first implementation, not the final one.
Replication will move through the platform, through documented systems, through consulting and licensing, and through future collaborative projects. The Biodiverse Farm Ecosystems™ framework is being designed from the ground up to be transferable.
